Pariplay has swelled its Canadian presence further still after the NeoGames igaming aggregator and content provider struck a partnership with the Atlantic Lottery.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pariplay will offer the Wizard Games content suite, in addition to titles from an array of third-party suppliers, to the World Lottery Association operator through the Fusion platform.
Michael MacKinnon, VP of Gaming at Atlantic Lottery, noted: “Our goal was to find a new main supplier that could bring strong content to our customers and this deal with Pariplay provides exactly that. It’s a major deal for us and we believe it’s one that will strike a chord with our customers when the content goes live later this year.”
This link-up with AL, which returns 100 per cent of its profits to the communities of Atlantic Canada, comes as Pariplay aims to continue making progress towards an aim of becoming “a major player in regulated Canadian markets”.
The commercial tie-up follows a launch with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis, in addition to a string of agreements with operators in Ontario.
“The regulated North American markets are of major importance to Pariplay and we are having considerable success, including in Canada where we have a strong product offering available,” commented Andrew Maclean, VP of Sales at Pariplay.
“With that in mind, reaching an agreement with ALC is another major milestone for us as we continue to roll out our content across the country. It is an exciting deal and one that we believe will prove fruitful for all parties.”
Pariplay officially became a part of the NeoGames network last month after the group disclosed the completion of a previously announced tender offer to acquire Aspire Global.
In total 99.31 per cent of the group’s shares have been tendered, with the expected settlement date for those gained during the extension of the acceptance period set for the end of the month.
